At Worldwide Afghan Refugees Organization (WARO), our programs are designed to respond to the urgent needs of Afghan refugees while building long-term solutions that promote dignity, education, and self-reliance.

  1. Refugee Support & Shelter Assistance
We support Afghan refugee families by helping them access temporary shelter, basic necessities, and essential services. Our focus is on assisting newly arrived refugees and vulnerable families as they rebuild their lives in host countries.
  2. Education for Afghan Children & Youth
Education is at the heart of our mission. We work to provide:
Online education programs for Afghan girls (grades 8–12) inside Afghanistan
Learning resources and academic support for refugee children and youth
Assistance in establishing community-based schools in Afghan languages
  3. Community Schools & Learning Centers
We aim to establish and support safe learning spaces for Afghan refugees in countries such as Iran and Pakistan, ensuring children can continue their education in familiar languages and cultural environments.
  4. Integration & Community Support
Our programs help refugees integrate into their host communities through:
Language support and basic skills training
    Community awareness and support initiatives
Guidance for accessing education and social services
  5. Women & Girls Empowerment
We are committed to empowering women and girls by expanding access to education, digital learning, and personal development opportunities, enabling them to build a more independent and secure future.
  6. Emergency & Humanitarian Assistance
During emergencies, WARO responds by coordinating urgent humanitarian support, including food assistance, basic supplies, and emergency relief for families in crisis situations.
